We’re local.
More than merely where we operate–Worcester County is where we live.
We live in and serve the Ocean City, Berlin, and Ocean Pines Communities exclusively.
One of our primary purposes is to help make the place we live more beautiful by restoring the homes and buildings within our community, for our neighbors. Sweetwater operates on EST Monday through Friday. We pride ourselves on punctuality and professionalism. We believe in being there and being available. The laid back beach vibe is one of the things we cherish about living in the area, on the weekends we are on “Island Time”.

Your time is valuable. We communicate with intention and transparency, leveraging technology to ensure you stay informed and in control.
It is also extremely valuable to Property Owners and Property Managers who are not able to be on site during construction. We feel that our process is only outshined by the quality of the finished work by our talented craftsmen. Most importantly, our innovative and efficient process allows us to spend more time with our clients, in the field training our employees, and in the office working to improve the company.

This makes our work very gratifying and allows us to have fun doing it! Our employees, installers, suppliers, and clients share in our enthusiasm and it makes the often stressful process working for or hiring a contractor much more comfortable and enjoyable. We take the time to get to know our clients and to understand the goals they have for their projects, and then we invest all of our knowledge and resources into providing them with detailed proposals explaining everything in straightforward language. Even if we are not awarded the project, we know that the client will have a better experience with their project as a result of meeting with us.
